Antoine manages the works side at Alpaca Immobilier. In practice, that means: visiting properties, identifying the key items, engaging tradespeople, following up on sites. For years, he's been refurbishing flats and houses in the area - for letting, for sale, or before a move-in.

We manage several dozen furnished properties, all equipped and fitted out by our team. Antoine knows what lets quickly, what justifies a higher rent, and what makes the difference from the very first viewing.

The initial assessment is free. Quotes are provided by our partner tradespeople, with no intermediation surcharge.

Do you offer home staging?

Yes, we offer property enhancement before sale: decluttering, staging, temporary furnishing with our partner Bolia.

How long does the renovation take?

Depending on the scope: 1 to 2 weeks for a refresh, 4 to 8 weeks for a full renovation.

Yes, all our tradespeople are insured and their work benefits from the ten-year guarantee where applicable.
