What happens next
- 1. Your documents
Once you have paid, or sent a free request, upload the contracts, bills and details we need for the services you picked.
- 2. Review
Alpaca Immobilier checks every contract and prepares the letters. Any AI-assisted draft is always reviewed by a person.
- 3. Sending
Each cancellation you order goes out as a French registered letter with proof of delivery (LRAR). Postage is included in the total you pay upfront. We check your documents and approve every letter before it is sent.
To give notice on a lease, the notice period and supporting documents depend on your situation. We will check them with you before drafting the letter.
