The estate
One estate, two buildings, ten bedrooms
The property brings together two adjoining buildings with ten bedrooms in total, each with its own bathroom. The professional kitchen was renovated in 2021 around a Lacanche range, with indoor dining for 16 and outdoor dining for 24. Cinema room, billiards, library, fitness room. Air conditioning throughout, underfloor heating, fibre and Starlink for anyone who needs to stay connected.
The garden is the heart of the stay: manicured lawns, olive trees, a petanque court, a fire pit for cool evenings, and three covered terraces for long meals. The heated pool (15 May to 15 October) is surrounded by a large shaded lounge. The tennis court lights up after dark. Around it all, just pine trees and cicadas.

What to know before booking
Can we host a wedding at Mas Edem?

No. The property is not designed for weddings or large events with outside guests. Stays remain within the capacity of 24 guests sleeping on site.
Are pets accepted?
+
No. Pets are not accepted on the property, whatever the species or size. This rule is strict to preserve the garden and the comfort of the following guests.
Can we smoke inside the house?
+
No. The house is strictly non-smoking, annex included. Smoking is possible outside in the designated areas, away from the main terraces.
What is the minimum stay?
+
Three nights minimum in low season, seven nights minimum in mid and high season. Arrival is on Saturday except in low season.
Is the pool available all year round?
+
The pool is heated and open from 15 May to 15 October. Off season, it remains visible but is neither heated nor accessible.
How do booking and payment work?
+
A 30% deposit is paid by bank transfer within 48 hours to confirm the booking. The balance (70%) is due 30 days before arrival. A €5,000 security deposit is requested on arrival and returned after check-out inspection.
Which services are included?
+
End-of-stay cleaning, hotel-quality bed and bath linen, and welcome by our House Manager are included. Breakfast, private chef, massages, bikes and tennis lessons are available as options.
