Data retention

Your personal data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from your last interaction with our services, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

Profitability simulator

The “Airbnb or long-term rental” simulator records how your calculation unfolds: the property details you enter, the step at which you stop, the result obtained. This record contains no name, email, phone number or address: it is attached to a randomly generated session identifier, which identifies no one. We use it to see where the tool is misunderstood and fix it. These records are deleted after 13 months. If you then leave us your contact details to be called back, those follow the regime described above.
