Angélique and Nicolas opened Chez Angel & Nico in 2024, at the Le Boulidou shopping center in Saint-Clément-de-Rivière. Two years later, the address has become a landmark for local residents looking for a genuine artisanal butcher shop rather than the self-service counter of a supermarket.

Meat processed the right way

The house is built on quality and origin. The meats come directly from farmers in Aveyron, with a prominent place given to Fleur d'Aubrac beef. Behind the counter, the work is that of a craftsman: careful butchering, house-made charcuterie, prepared dishes and rotisserie that operates on weekends. People come here for the Sunday rib steak as much as for the meal they don't have time to prepare.

Much More Than a Butcher Shop

Over the months, the offering expanded: a cheese section, a gourmet grocery section, and a full catering service. For an aperitif, a buffet, or a reception, Angel & Nico handle preparation and delivery. This is precisely what we tasted at the opening of Alpaca Immobilier, where their table was unanimously appreciated.

With Agathe Olivet's pastry shop, the independent wine shop in the center and the Intermarché, Chez Angel & Nico contributes to the vitality of the Boulidou.
